Twice a year is generally enough, spring and fall being the best times.
Mainly, our bid is based upon the number of windows your home or business has. Because certain types of windows present different challenges, it’s difficult to offer “ballpark” ranges. This is why we will gladly provide a FREE estimate within 24 hours of your request for one.
Windows, sills, and screens.
No, you do not. Please make arrangements, however, for any access our technician would need and the proper restraint of any large dogs.
Because there are a lot of variables (number of windows, window types, outside only or inside and outside) a safe estimate would be anywhere from one to six hours. We can provide a more accurate estimate when we perform your FREE estimate.
We will call you first thing on the day of your appointment to either confirm or cancel, depending on the weather. In a light rain, we can still clean and it will not be affected.
We accept checks, cash, Visa, and MasterCard. Retail and commercial accounts can be set up on a billing cycle for your convenience.
Carefree has carried a $2-million-dollar liability policy for any damage that may be caused by our technicians, as well as full workman’s compensation proudly since 1997 - and we’ve never had to use either!
